How to Avail a Housing Loan via Bank Financing

📋 The 5-Step Bank Loan Process
Pre-Qualification: We will initially assess your income, age, and credit standing to determine the loan amount you are likely to be approved for.
Submission of Requirements: You will provide the necessary documents (listed below) for the bank's formal evaluation.
Bank Appraisal & Processing: The bank will evaluate the property and conduct a credit investigation.
Letter of Guarantee (LOG): Once approved, the bank issues an LOG to the developer, confirming they will pay the balanced amount.
Loan Takeout & Move-in: You will sign the loan documents (Deed of Assignment/Mortgage), pay the bank fees, and once the loan is released, we can proceed with the turnover of your unit if the unit is already ready for occupancy! and if still zero construction you have option to stop payment waiting for the fully construction of you unit then subject for re-evaluation of your application.
