Government Issued Office/ GOCC ID , DSWD Certification, National council for
the Welfare of Disable Person (NCWDP) Certification
Payment
Pay the Reservation Fee.
1) Cash/Check Payment through the Cashier’s office in the
Head Office or in selected project sites.
2) For online bank transaction (Within the Philippines),

Payment
There are Other Documentary Requirements which sales
agent will discuss with you.
These are necessary to protect your investment such as:

- Special
Power of Attorney (as applicable);
- TIN-Verified
BIR Form-1904;
- Proof
of Address (utility bills); Such are due within 30 days from reservation.
